李四一望着机台里Robot抓着的不断运行的wafer，EFEM上面黄色的柔光照在wafer上面，如同天上月亮一样，有大又圆，泛着黄光光。

正当李四一透过EFEM的透明窗望着出神的时候，Robot突然停住了，李四一又望向电脑屏幕，冒出来一个红色弹窗，赫然写着，Wafer 传送失败，李四一摇摇头，继续擦起了地板，应该和自己无关吧，他只是多看了一眼。

李四一只是个Fab清洁工，手机提着一包无尘布，和一瓶酒精，看到哪里有脏点的，就擦一擦。

那个坏掉的机台不一会儿便有人过来了，先是生产的小妹妹，看到弹窗，也没动机台，就拿出手机打电话，说道，设备吗？我们这里有台机坏了，赶紧过来看看吧，我这还很多货呢！

电话一挂，妹妹长叹一口气，就离开了，过了大概10分钟，一个背着工具包的设备维修工也过来了，他尝试重启了一下机台，没用，又把EFEM的电给重新开关了一下，还是不行。

设备又拿出电话，拨通了应该是厂商，说道，是XXXX值班吗？中秋节快乐，我们厂有台机机械手挂挂掉了，麻烦有空赶紧过来一趟吧！

设备挂了电话，也是长叹一口气，接着也出去了。

过了大概40分钟，设备厂家也过来了，他和设备一起过来的，他们先一起把wafer退了出去，接着便开始维修了。

师傅，无尘布借一点，设备厂家找李四一借了点无尘布。李四一给了厂家一沓无尘布，酒精要不要。

要的，谢谢了！

李四一把酒精倒了一点在无尘布上。

李四一看着设备厂家在那仔细地检修设备，时不时地直起来腰拍打两下，下半身在EFEM外卖，上半身则需要伸到里面去，难怪会腰不太舒服，李四一就是每次弯着腰拖地，也能感觉到腰不舒服。

厂家和Fab设备说，我定了的零件到了，有推车没，一块去拿一下吧。你在里面，我在外面。

过了大概半个小时，EE便推着一个大箱子来到了机台边上。厂家也在10分钟以后过来了，说道外包装我放你们仓库了，别给我扔了，到时候退库还要用！出去记得帮我把出门单申请一下。

他们打开大箱子盖，里面是一个包着粉色塑料膜的全新的Robot，他们把Robot手柄安上，准备把Robot提出来，正当把Robot往地板上放的时候一个穿着EHS标志无尘服的人过来了，说道，机台零件不要直接放到地板上！然后飞速地按下了快门，那边不是有地膜吗？铺一下吧。

EE把地膜拿了过来铺好，然后他们又一块把Robot给移到了地膜上面，EHS这才满意地点点头走了。

他们把旧Robot的Robot拆了下来，把新的装上，又把Robot的位置重新校准了一下，接着厂商就开始把换下来的Robot重新包装好，他们一起把Robot放回了箱子，把箱子推回了暂存区。

李四一看了一眼别的机台上的时间，已经是下午6点30了，他们还能赶着回去吃个晚饭，李四一拖一拖地，也准备下班了。

出了工厂大门，天也已经黑色了，李四一望着天空中隐隐约约的朦胧的月亮，还不如机台Robot上的wafer圆呢！

李四一顺着路灯，一句走回了出租屋，他在门口的商店买了一块散装的月饼，吃了起来，感觉太甜了，甜到李四一疯狂找水喝，又甜又噎喉咙的，还好每年就吃这么一次，其他时间李四一也不会想去吃的。

Li Siyi stared at the wafers being held by a robot in the machine, moving constantly. The soft yellow light from the EFEM shone on them, making them look like the moon in the sky, large, round, and shimmering yellow. Just as Li Siyi was lost in thought, staring through the transparent window of the EFEM, the robot suddenly stopped. Li Siyi glanced back at the computer screen, where a red pop-up window appeared, clearly stating: "Wafer transfer failed." Li Siyi shook his head and continued mopping the floor. It probably had nothing to do with him; he just glanced at it. Li Siyi was a Fab cleaner, his phone carrying a bag of dust-free wipes and a bottle of alcohol. He wiped any dirt he saw. Soon, someone came over to the broken machine. First, a young woman from production. Seeing the pop-up window and not knowing where the machine was, she pulled out her phone and called, "Equipment? We have a broken machine here. Come take a look! We still have plenty of stock!" After hanging up, my sister sighed and left. About 10 minutes later, a repairman with a tool bag arrived. He tried restarting the machine, but it didn't work. He then turned the EFEM's power on and off, but still no effect. The repairman took out his phone again and called the manufacturer, who must be the manufacturer. He asked, "Is XXXX on duty? Happy Mid-Autumn Festival! One of our robots has broken down. Please come over when you have time!" The repairman hung up, sighed, and left. About 40 minutes later, the manufacturer arrived, arriving with the machine. They first returned the wafers and began repairs. "Master, can you lend me some dust-free cloths?" The manufacturer asked Li Siyi to borrow some. Li Siyi handed the manufacturer a stack of dust-free cloths and asked if he wanted some alcohol. "Yes, thank you!" Li Siyi poured some alcohol on the dust-free cloth. Li Siyi watched the equipment manufacturer meticulously inspecting the equipment, occasionally straightening up and patting his back. His lower body was outside the EFEM, while his upper body needed to stretch inside. No wonder his back felt uncomfortable; Li Siyi could feel the discomfort even when he bent over to mop the floor. The manufacturer told the Fab Equipment, "The parts I ordered have arrived. Do you have a cart? Let's go get them together. You go inside, I'll go outside." About half an hour later, the EE wheeled a large box to the machine. The manufacturer arrived 10 minutes later and said, "I've left the packaging in your warehouse. Don't throw it away. I'll need it when it's returned to the warehouse!" "Remember to get me an exit permit before you leave." They opened the box, revealing a brand new robot wrapped in pink plastic film. They attached the robot's handle and prepared to lift it out. Just as they were placing the robot on the floor, a man in an EHS-labeled cleanroom suit approached and said, "Don't place machine parts directly on the floor!" Then, quickly snapping the camera, "Isn't there mulch over there? Let's spread it." EE brought the ground film and spread it out, then they moved the Robot onto the ground film together, and then EHS nodded with satisfaction and left. They dismantled the Robot from the old Robot, installed the new one, and recalibrated the position of the Robot. Then the manufacturer began to repack the replaced Robot. They put the Robot back into the box together and pushed the box back to the temporary storage area. Li Si glanced at the time on other machines. It was already 6:30 in the afternoon. They could still rush back to have dinner. Li Si mopped the floor and prepared to go off work. When he walked out of the factory gate, it was already dark. Li Si looked at the hazy moon in the sky. It was not even as round as the wafer on the machine Robot! Li Siyi followed the street lights and walked back to the rental house. He bought a piece of bulk mooncake at the store at the door and started to eat it. It was so sweet that Li Siyi frantically looked for water to drink. It was so sweet and choked his throat. Fortunately, he only ate it once a year. Li Siyi would not want to eat it at other times.
