婚假、产假延长！又一地发通知

近日，湖南省人民政府办公厅印发《关于完善生育支持政策推动建设生育友好型社会的十条措施》的通知。

通知中明确鼓励用人单位在国家规定婚假的基础上，将职工的婚假延长至20天；鼓励用人单位对符合法定生育条件的女职工，在享受国家规定产假的基础上，延长产假至188天。

Hunan province in Central China has introduced new measures to build a "birth-friendly society", which includes encouraging employers to offer up to 20 days of marriage leave and extend maternity leave to 188 days.

通知还提到：

▌有条件的地方可向新婚夫妻发放结婚红包或消费券。支持开展形式多样的婚恋活动，搭建安全、可靠、便捷的婚恋交友公益平台；

▌产假期满，经本人申请和用人单位批准，可以请假至婴儿1周岁，请假期间的待遇由双方协商确定；

▌依法落实男方享受20天护理假；

Under the policy, married couples in some areas may receive wedding red envelopes or vouchers, and public matchmaking platforms will be supported. New mothers may request unpaid leave until their child turns one, subject to employer approval. Male employees are entitled to 20 days of paternity leave.

▌中学、高校及有关社会组织应普及青春健康教育，推进青少年性与生殖健康教育，预防非意愿妊娠；

▌发挥辅助生殖技术优势，规范辅助生殖类医疗服务价格项目，将适宜的分娩镇痛、辅助生殖技术等项目以及“先兆流产”治疗发生的符合医保政策规定的医疗费用纳入报销范围。

The measures also promote adolescent health education, regulate assisted reproduction services, and expand insurance coverage for certain treatments, including some infertility and miscarriage-related expenses.

▌优化生育津贴发放流程，将生育津贴发放到女职工本人。

▌用人单位不得因女职工结婚、怀孕、休产假、哺乳等情形降低其工资、福利待遇，限制其晋级、晋职、评定职称，解除劳动合同或者聘用合同。

▌逐步免除学前教育保育教育费，有效降低家庭学前教育成本。

Additionally, employers are barred from penalizing female employees for marriage, pregnancy, or maternity leave. The province also aims to gradually eliminate preschool fees to ease financial burdens on families.

多个省份明确延长婚假，最长30天

今年7月14日，湖北印发《关于加快完善生育支持政策体系更加务实有效建设生育友好型社会的若干措施》，提到依法办理结婚登记的职工，在享受国家规定婚假的基础上，延长婚假至15天。

6月发布的《四川省人口与计划生育条例（修正草案征求意见稿）》中提到，拟将5天婚假延长至20天，自愿参加婚前医学检查的再增加5天婚假。

A growing number of Chinese provinces are moving to extend marriage leave, with the longest now reaching 30 days. Recent policies in Hubei and Sichuan have extended it to 15 and 20 days, respectively.

今年1月和去年10月，山东和浙江也各自出台了婚假延长政策。目前婚假最长的省份为山西和甘肃，均为30天；河南、黑龙江规定，参加婚检分别额外增加7天、10天，最长婚假分别可达到28天、25天；新疆婚假为23天。其他省份中，婚假大多为18天、15天、13天或10天。

Some regions offer even more: Shanxi and Gansu lead with 30 days, while Henan and Heilongjiang provide additional days for couples who undergo premarital health checks, bringing their total leave to 28 and 25 days, respectively. Xinjiang offers 23 days, joining other provinces that have set the leave at 18, 15, 13, or 10 days.
