签约!中国钢企，阿尔及利亚建钢厂!

　　阿尔及利亚投资机构AAPI在6月2日(周一)发布的一份新闻稿中宣布，中国京东钢铁已获得在姆西拉建造钢铁生产厂的特许权合同。

　　AAPI表示，首席执行官Omar Rekkache提交了36公顷特许经营权的合同，该项目将位于M'sila的Drâa El Hadja工业区。

　　该项目将耗资5亿美元建成，年产50万吨各类钢板和钢管。该计划将分两个阶段实施，第一阶段涉及建立年产能为20万吨的钢板生产线，第二阶段涉及开发年产能为30万吨的钢管生产装置。

　　据该机构称，该工业园区将成为北非建筑业生产钢铁材料的战略平台，预计将创造1114个直接就业机会和约2000个间接就业机会。

　　原文报道：AAPI states that the CEO, Omar Rekkache, handed the contract for a 36-hectare concession, and that the project will be located in the Drâa El Hadja industrial zone in M'sila.The project will cost $500 million to complete, with 500,000 tons of various types of steel sheet and tube annual production capacity. It will be implemented in two phases, the first involving the creation of a steel sheet production line with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons, and the second involving the development of a steel tube production unit with an annual capacity of 300,000 tons.According to the Agency, this industrial complex, which is set to become a strategic platform for producing steel materials for the construction sector in North Africa, is expected to generate 1,114 direct jobs and around 2,000 indirect jobs.
